Velocity Real Estate and Investments services all of Colorado, but we focus on Northern Colorado, Denver, and Summit & Eagle Counties in the High Country. In the past, the Colorado real estate market has been a stable growth oriented market. Our appreciation rates have grown steadily at about a six percent rate and are forecasted to continue with this trend. Even during the current real estate market downturn, Colorado is one of the few states to make it through without a significant effect. There are already positive signs that our market in Northern Colorado is gaining momentum and we are predicted to have a much better and quicker turnaround than the national market. Northern Colorado’s future in real estate looks very promising. According to the U.S. News and World report, the Fort Collins & Loveland areas are ranked as one of the Top 10 housing markets for appreciation over the next ten years. TOP 10!!!
