Mike Moen was born in San Antonio, TX and lived there for a short while. Since pre-school, Northern Colorado has been his home and likely will be for years to come. Mike completed four years at Colorado State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Real Estate and a minor in Construction Management. Mike has been interested in real estate all his life and got involved working in the industry while still in school. When he is not busy with work, he likes to be outdoors with friends, ride motorcycles, play golf, and completing new home projects. Kandice is a Property Specialist at Velocity Real Estate & Investments. Kandice received her B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance from CSU. Upon graduation, Kandice began her career in the real estate business and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Construction Management from DU (Denver University). Kandice became interested in real estate because she loves the idea of helping people find their dream home where they will create many memories for years to come. Josh is a native of Colorado, but was raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has been back in Colorado for 6 years. He started his education at the University of Arkansas and graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Finance. Josh began his career in property management, working with property owners to oversee their real estate investments. From this, he acquired a vast amount of knowledge in real estate and decided to get into the brokerage business working with buyers, sellers and investors. When not working, he can be found on his motorcycle, playing football or soccer, snowboarding, volunteering at church, playing guitar, traveling or just hanging out with family and friends. Scott is a partner at Velocity Real Estate & Investments and the resident broker primarily serving the Summit County market. Scott lives in Frisco, Colorado with his wife, four children, and two dogs. When not helping clients, Scott can be found ski-touring in the Colorado backcountry during the winter, or running and riding the trails in the summer. Scott grew up in Michigan where he received a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University in business, after which he immediately followed his dream and moved to Colorado. He spent 15 years in leadership roles in the manufacturing and supply chain management fields prior to moving to the mountains from the front range. Jeremy was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Kennesaw State University, Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Health Science. He worked briefly in the health field before moving to Colorado in 2009 and now considers Fort Collins home. Jeremy has spent the last five years in the business world, most recently as an account manager for an industry leading CPG company. Jeremy first became interested in real estate when he purchased his first home in 2013 and has continued to invest in the buy-and-hold market since then. Preston received a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate/Finance from Colorado State University followed by a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of Colorado. He has worked in various aspects of real estate over the past five years including property management/leasing, sales, city planning, and property development. He enjoys residential real estate because he has a true passion for helping people through these transitions. He carefully listens to his client's needs/wants and tailors the experience to exceed their expectations. Cheyenne received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Colorado State University with concentrations in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis. She has lived in Colorado almost her entire life and fell in love with Fort Collins when she moved up here for school. She has grown up watching her family members invest in real estate and knew that this career path was meant for her. The thought of helping people invest their money and capture the benefits of owning a home is why Cheyenne wants to work in the residential industry.
